Untread Snow

I like the look of a moonlit cloudy sky
Reminds me of a girl unworn
With whom I once walked ‘pon untread snow
JD in hand to keep us warm
A white pure night in every way
Our eyes the stars to freely roam
If there again a single day
I might still lie outside my home
The wet grass soaking through my bark
I’d see again, despite the dark
